The program, in plain terms

ITA pays members a flat fee, set per vendor offer, for a held introduction meeting: a business owner the member introduces who attends a scheduled meeting with the vendor. The member sets the meeting, the vendor runs it. Payment is for the held meeting itself. It is not a commission on any sale that may follow.

Held meetings and payouts

• Payouts happen on held meetings, not bookings. Getting a meeting on the calendar does not trigger payment by itself.
• A meeting counts as held when the business owner actually attends it, as defined on how payouts work. Every held meeting is confirmed by the Fairground team before payment.
• No-shows do not pay. If the owner reschedules and the meeting later holds, it pays then.
• The payout amount is the one shown on the vendor offer at the time the introduction link is created. Timing of payments is described on how payouts work.

Joining

Signing up or applying does not create an obligation on either side. We review applications and reach out to people who look like a fit. Participation details, payout schedules, and vendor offers are confirmed inside the product before any introduction is made. We may decline or remove accounts that break these terms.

What members agree to

• Introductions must be genuine, consented, warm introductions to people you actually know: no cold lists, no purchased data, no spam.
• You send your own messages. ITA never contacts your network on your behalf, and you may not automate outreach that pretends to be personal.
• Members may not represent themselves as Fairground or vendor employees. You set the meeting; the vendor runs it.
• Referral fees are not offered for products or categories where such fees are restricted by law, including insurance and lending products.

Accuracy

Earnings figures on this site describe how the program pays. Individual results depend on the introductions a member actually makes and on owners showing up.
